yeah.. I'm still seeding you - but it's really slow - for some reason I don't get bilateral connections on this torrent... so it only gets up to about 90k/sec (and most of the time it's been at like 20k/sec)

It's sad that 90k/s could be considered cranking Crazy

Wish I was spoiled at work: out DSL line is slower than my home DSL. Shake Head

(Apparently our office is too far a way from a DSL substation for a faster connection... Sweat )

It's her hairdo that makes her face look chubbier... Smile

Compare the pics that you quoted and the hairstyles... Big Grin

Now that the download is completed, I'm going to run DVD Shrink on it so it'll all fit on a standard single-layer DVD... Victory! Peace!

I'm sure you know already as you're the master of the DVD thread but you know you can split up that DVD9 into two DVD5's right? I hate losing quality so I'd rather just use an extra disc Victory! Peace!

I'm not that anal about picture quality to bother with spanning the DVD over two discs... I've used DVDShrink on a number of DVD9s and haven't seen any noticeable degradation in video quality...

Besides, I could just buy some dual-layer discs and not worry about spanning at all. Smile

You said it Mr Green I likely wouldn't be able to tell the difference in a shrinked version either. However just the idea of degradation is enough for me to split it Beaten

Here's to dual-layer discs! Rolling eyes If you've noticed over at asiandvdclub that many golden torrents seem to be dvd9 versions... now I've never looked into dual-layer prices but the act of keeping my ratio up is more expensive/creates more work Mr Green

Then it would put you in the category of being anal. Beaten

Yeah, I've never tried any dual-layer discs either, since I've read mostly negative reviews... As far as keeping you ratio up, I just leave my downloading PC on all the time... Beaten

Usually those DVD9 discs are full of (IMO) junk, useless interviews and trailers, dub streams, sometimes bloated menus (like Flashpoint's 1.5gb menu o_O) or unsubbed making offs/interviews. I strip those.

I always re-encode the dvd9's that I get with DVD-RBPRO+HC: the results are amazing.
and if you're into newsgroups, you will more than likely have downloaded my dvd's Victory! Peace!

I'm surpised it's DVD9. From my experience, most Japanese DVD's are single layered, though they charge box-set prices for them.
