Yakuza 4 demo out on PSN. Very basic. Allows you to crack some skulls. That about it.

Btw, I'm playing Assassin's Creed II...this game is waaaay better than the first one.

Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood is even better! It's a sequel off II so you're still playing as Ezio.

I found the first one got really redundant. I made sure I did all the side missions to keep the game interesting. Part II and Brotherhood aren't so repetitive so they're more fun!

I agree. The most relevant criticism of the first title was that it was far too formulaic and repetitive in nature. Assassin's Creed II fortunately does away with that type of gameplay and improves on the first title in every way. Open world game play, weapons, graphics, voice acting, background music, etc.

Great game.

Folks,
Looking for an all-region BluRay DVD player.

Back in the pre-BluRay days, Philips made a great inexpensive one.

Let me know what model / brand you recommend.

Ideally looking for a Sony and a Philips or a Samsung solution.

Thanks,
PCM

Finally bought and finished Uncharted 2 last week. Great game all around, and I look forward to playing online during Spring Break.

I agree; it's really a great game to play. The graphics and voice acting are awesome, and the gameplay is a nice mix of running, shooting and stealth. It was playing and watching an action-adventure movie. It was fun trying out different ways to clear an area. Can't wait to play the next game in the series.

I also picked up Diablo 2 because a friend got back into the game to get ready for D3, and wanted me to play along. Problem is I never played the game so he's been off playing with others who know how to play while I'm still trying to figure things out in single-player mode Puppy Dog Eyes

Your analogy is very interesting. Uncharted has often been compared to Raiders of the Lost Ark for obvious reasons. When a video game can elicit comparisons to such a globally well known, successful film franchise you know the game is being held in the highest regard.

I played Diablo and Diablo 2 back in the day on my PC. Great games. Best game item of all time is Wirt's Leg.
