I'm getting contact lens, but it seems like they are more high maintenance than wearing glasses. Makes me a little apprehensive. Sweat

You do have to be more meticulous about being clean when handling the lenses, but it's so nice to not have to fumble around with glasses... Victory! Peace!

reply to Enders girl in April. (sorry I have been out of touch.) Eye trouble !

I can't use contacts so can't avail myself of Bmw's hints. I have had too many operations on both eyes and contacts would never fit or stay in place.
I use many eyedrops one of which costs $149 for about a tablespoon of liquid. Disgusting, since they are the same that I have used for over twenty years.
Drug prices never seem to go down do they. I can't use genetic or they would be $2. Shake Head

Bmw. Take care with your eyes. Did you know that you can use Johnson Baby Shampoo to wash your eyes! Especially if you have any infection which usually can start with your eyelashes being infected. Just use a washcloth with a little shampoo and gently ,,GENTLY,,scrub the base of the lashes and rinse with cool water. It will not sting your eyes or hurt them.

That's exactly what my optometrist told me to do. Victory! Peace!
