^^ I think that series has been turning out okay, does get much better, so much darker. Up to episode 4 of Moteki, this one is a real winner so far, also for a change watching Kamen Rider 555, up to episode 20. _________________
Nagareboshi episode. Oh my god, Takenouchi Yutaka... lick!
And Ueo Aya is doing a great job portraying the innocent/promiscuous character _________________
I wasn't sure about this one. Keizoku was/is one of my all time favorite shows, so there was a good chance this sequel, with different lead actors, would suffer by comparison.
But 4 episodes in, and I'm really enjoying it.
Tsutsumi Yukihiko, the director of the original, and Noshiogo Yumie, the writer of the original, are in charge, and they've created something new, something interesting, within the framework and style of the original.
It's good to have something entertaining to go to, once CNN and NHK finish showing the same disaster footage for the 19th time, and then shift to Chicken Little screaming about Nuclear disaster. _________________

You said it.
Now everyone's running to the nearest Walgreens for potassium iodide pills.

Geezer, I really liked SPEC quite a bit too, seemed like it was much more interesting than the original, Erika won the Best Actress Award for the Fall drama period.
Up to episode 7 of Moteki, enjoying it more and more every episode, forgot who said it, was many pages back but they how much they liked it which got me curoius about it, I'd also recommend to anyone. _________________

I don't know if it was my comment that got you started watching Moteki, but I know I really liked the show, and it feels like it was a while ago since I posted about it --- mostly because I think it might have been the last show I enjoyed enough to be enthusiastic about.
Between "Moteki" and "Keizoku 2" I think I had a bad run of at least 5 series that left me cold. _________________

Just finished Shijuukunichi no Recipe (nice to still see Wakui Emi acting again) , Iryu 3 ( Not a bad drama but with such a top notch cast I somehow feel let down) and Kimi Hannin Jannai yo ne (Nice to see Kaname Jun in a leading role at last; even if this comedy lacks substance).
Started watching Tsuki No Koibito I was worried about Lin Chi Ling's performance but am actually pretty happy with it. This is the first Kimu Taku drama that I've liked for a while.

Thought it was you who recommnded it but wasn't sure, thanks, really enjoying it. Know that feeling too about having bad runs at watching dramas, had one for a while but luckily the last 3 have been fairly good, but Hotelier is on deck so that streak may not continue. _________________

Hotelier. The Japanese version of the Korean show featuring Ueto Aya?
Oh dear.
Well, to be honest, I only made it to the end of the first episode, and couldn't get myself to watch anymore. So maybe it got better later on. I don't know.
I'll be interested to hear your reaction. _________________

Uh oh, least I can say I was warned, even the Aya fans in her thread didn't give positive reviews on it, though after waiting close to 3 weeks for the download sort of feel as they I have to watch it, least it's only 9 episodes. _________________
