well, this is my philosophy: Never change a running system
My choice for my Win2000 computers is...
Audio: Winamp 2.x (2.7x here, 2.9x there) with lots of plugins
Video: Media Player Classic, BSPlayer, with ffdshow/dvobsub/AC3filter
P2P: Emule(!), BT Experimental (Shadow's), BT++, DC++
Network: MIRC, FlashFXP
Browser: Netscape7(Mozilla) mostly, rarely IE
Security: McAfee VS, secure(?) internet connection through Linux Box
Tools: Nero, Photoshop, lots of video ripping/encoding tools
I don't know if these are my favorite programs, but they are always running on my Win2KSP4 system:
Cookie filter: Cookie Pal
Spyware analyzer: Ad-Aware and Spybot
Popup filter: No Ads
System/Registry Cleaner: Easy Cleaner
Video Player: PowerDVD (has a built-in video capture mode ) and DVD Region-Free

well i solve the problem by going into safe mode and transfer the privilege from my previous account to the current. I guess when i copied a folder from another operating system the access to that folder was denied not sure exactly what the problem is since i didn't put any protection on that folder. I'm just glad it done and am so relieved

Dun haf the time to create a list. But i would like to say zoom player is the best media player around. Bs player is simpler to use and maybe abit more intuitive, but the new version seems to have deproved instead of improved. On top of that the VMR9 mode of zoom player plays almost ANYTHING with little fuss, and the ability to customise alot of stuff like flip video horizontally or vertically, in case there are any problems, makes it the best video player in my opinion. I used to love bs player the most but once u start using zoom player and learn it (which isnt that hard) its obvious which is the better player.

as you guys know, i have been distroing onizukas dramas on dvd. its been kinda tough on me because i cant do anything while the dramas are burning, and since its a 1x burner, its burning for a really long time. anyways, i'm in the market for a new burner, to help me better serve people who are ordering from me, and because i just hate being so freaking slow. my question is, whats the best dvd burner for my money? i was thinking about the sony dru-510a. it covers both dvd-r and dvd+r, as well as burns cd-r and cd-rw. i also heard that the new panasonic one was good. dont really know tho. help me out.
prices, specs, reliabilty, anything along those lines would be greatly appreciated. _________________
