I've gotten way too lazy about recording trades. Sorry.

I did a swap with xploring a fews weeks ago, blanks for a couple of series, and everything went as smoothly as could be hoped for. (I'm still amazed at how quickly the mail went around the globe, both directions. Cheers to the U.S. and the Australian Mail.)

And of course, it's always great to trade with Eve.

hey guys, i haven't been around in what, like 3 years? recently started watching jdoramas again (since now i live in japan) and decided to check out the thread.

i'm guessing not as many trades go down now since d-addicts has so much stuff, but glad people still visit this thread from time to time.

i'm teaching english at a high school. i'll probably be here until at least august 2010, so it looks like jdorama will be back in my repertoire.

what do you guys think, should i spend the time going back and updating from when i left? it's less than 10 pages of work, so i don't mind doing it.

i guess the real question is: is there a real need for this thread anymore? or does everyone just DL from d-addicts now. (btw, i'm no longer a mod on d-addicts since i disappeared for 3 years from there too)

There are plenty of old series you can't find at d-addicts, and a lot of people go to livejournal to download actually. And for those who doesn't have a fast connection or with a small quota for data downloaded.

I agree with xploring: although there's probably less trading now than there used to be, it's still going on. Especially for older series.

does that mean you would like me to update the first post with the reviews from my absence?
