actually my friend, I don't even update it every minute
I change the pics whenever a new one comes out and i like it. I'll be changing one of the pics when I get my album and when I finish scanning some photos the remaining avatar pics to be replace will be taken care of.

I use the site Freefall gave me after Avataravenue went down.

I have it on disk, but putting it onto my computer and maybe having to convert it to .AVI and then splitting it into pieces is going to take time and then having to upload it

Well, I'll wait a day or two and see which members here can help me re-upload it.

I doubt i'll have time this weekend to work at it. I'll be working at my Godmom's maybe 1-9pm.

Can I leave my Xvid Codec in my comp while installing the K-lite Codec Pack or will it ruin my System? Cause it says it's Recommended that I Uninstall it before installing the K-Lite Codec.

Yea, uninstall what you got and then install K-Lite Codec.
If i remember right, you can choose what you want to have on your comp.
