main female lead will be Fukatsu Eri, as for supporting female will be hirosue ryoko.
Main storyline: Eri Fukatsu plays Makino Isaki an apparel store manager who abhors evasiveness, is a capable career woman but hopeless when it comes to love. Tsumabuki Satoshi stars as Serizawa Riichi who aims to be a movie director (?) but is now a youth in normal employment; unwilling to give up his dream, Riichi is in a quandry. Hirosue ryoko plays as Eri's subordinate.. as well as Fujiki Naohito plays as Tsumabuki Satoshi's elder brother work in a bank. |

Whoa! I'll definitely catch it! My two fav actors, Tsumabuki Satoshi & Fujiki Naohito, are in it!  Hope subbed version will be out soon.  |

i've watched the first episode, should be a romantic comedy, once again fukatsu eri brought her brilliant comedic skills, she just cute and funny. And is always good to see the return of Ryoko Hirosue, shes looks more matured after being a mother. Tsumabuki Satoshi, as always, a nice guy role. And Fujiki Naohito, well.....perhaps bad guy??? 
The theme song is by Fukuyama Masaharu - Tokyo whee~ new song~
I to this show will have something to do with dancing or sometin......but its not......

Slow Dance will be airing here in NY on Fuji's space on Saturdays two weeks from today. Densha Otoko will be on Sundays.
Yeah, I do like Tsumabuki and Fukatsu, though you guys know already what I think about Hirosue, right? Luckily she's not the main event... |

oh i know that! i was wondering if the drama when it airs in new york on fuji's broadcast whether it's subbed or not....just like there are certain dramas that air here in l.a. that are subbed when they air on local television....

The fuji broadcasts here in the US arent subbed. But im pretty sure a subbed version of Slow Dance wil be out soon, the first ep had been translated by someonbe already. It jsut needs to be timed edited and encoded.
Also there are already soft subs done by someone out for Densha Otoko ep 1 over in the subtitles section of d-addicts for all you wou want to watch that. You should at least d/l the first ep to watch the second scene, its funny as hell.  |
