Maybe it was the beef bowl place that brings back memories...

But I think I'm in love with Kanno Miho. Her acting there was just superb, she deserves to win an award or some kind of commendation for her performance. There are awards shows in Japan I hope? I can barely put into words how greatly I was moved. Maybe I'm too soft, but really I haven't seen anyone else come as close to perfection.

Also, I don't know why this dorama didn't get rated better. Sure, there were a lot of far-fetched setups but if the story and acting are good, you can easily ignore it, while if it's bad, it's hard not to notice.

Someone mentioned in the comment box that there are similar people to Mikan-chan in Japan, interesting. Finding love is certainly difficult.
