hmmm okay.. i read the previous page... but not all, heheh busy... ehehe hmm so she have a attitude problem .. huh ? hehe
Yep, i donLt find it such a big deal, but like Takoyama said in Japan that kind of stuff is unforgivable.
In the USA guys like Russel Crowe punch people all the time and his movies continue to be box offices.
Paris Hilton has sex with a bunch of guys and is rewareded with her own tv show and the same happens with tons of other crappy american "celeberities".
From what i can tell in Japan actors, singers and show hosts are not just that, they are at the same time idols to the fans.
In the US fans donLt ideolise people like Amy Whinehouse, they just like her music so they donLt care about all the crap she does all the time.

hmm.. okay dude... thanks for explaining it... now all i can say is i i will still love her as a actress.. ahaha... especially in 1 litter of tears.. haha, but hopefully she will change.. hehe... i felt bad for her... getting married to a 45 yr old guy ? hmm but anyways there's no problem with that if they really love each other right ?
maybe next time i will do some research about erika, if i will having a lots of free time ehehe _________________

She's married to a billionaire......so everyone got to address her Erika-sama. Why would she need to run around naked ? In fact she doesn't even need to work.

Just read the news that Kimura Takuya will star in "Space Battleship Yamato" live-action movie, with Sawajiri Erika as the lead actress. This is not officially announced yet, but those close to the project says almost certain.
The anime series is one of the most well-known classic Japanese animes, and a new "revival" anime series will be broadcasted in December.
Sawajiri Erika is an extremely inconsistent actress in my opinion, but I hope it goes well. This is her first confirmed movie since suspension for "Closed Note".

Looks like they've finally had enough of "Erika-sama"
Stardust Seeks to Sack Sawajiri
Sat, September 26, 2009 (7:34am EDT)
Management agency Stardust Promotion is reportedly considering the dismissal of actress Erika Sawajiri (23) for breach of contract. Sawajiri's conduct has long caused headaches for the company, and it seems that they have decided to finally put an end to it.
Sources say that Stardust began talks of canceling Sawajiri's contract earlier this month. The actress still has some time remaining on her contract, and she is said to be cast in a major movie project. However, the agency has apparently determined that she is guilty of a serious breach of contract, and they do not plan to wait until the contract's expiration.
When asked about the story, Stardust replied with "no comment."
Sawajiri has long had a reputation of a difficult personality. In 2007, she was heavily criticized by the media for her unprofessional attitude during a PR event for the movie "Closed Note." Around the same time, she was also discovered to be in a relationship with multimedia creator Tsuyoshi Takashiro (45), whom she married this past January.
Despite her career being mostly quiet since the "Closed Note" incident, Sawajiri has been in the newspapers several times. One recent incident happened in July, when she visited Amami Oshima for the solar eclipse. While there, she was filmed operating a motorized bicycle, and it was later noticed that the bicycle was not properly registered, as it should have been.
Sawajiri also caused trouble for Stardust in February, when she visited New York and participated in the promotion of a popular fashion brand without going through her agency.
In addition, rumors have surfaced that Sawajiri frequently used drugs while in Europe with Takashiro. In particular, they are said to have often attended drug parties in Ibiza. There are further reports that while they were at Amami Oshima, they went to an event that Noriko Sakai and Yuichi Takaso also attended.
Although Sawajiri's dismissal is not official yet, it appears likely to happen.

^ am not a fan and seems to have a really bitchy character but she is still really young and I like this kind of image better than the pure image on which so many agencies are banking (JE and the likes)
Anyway I canLt judge her - especially when it comes to Ibiza. I used to go often when I lived in Barcelona, and I was already over 30.

The lives of most people in the entertainment industry seem to be diametrically opposed to the basic messages that Aya Kito wanted to give to the world. Could Erika have been influenced by Aya's messages while making 1 Litre of Tears, and if so, could Erika's "struggles" be the result of trying to reconcile the conflicts between Aya's messages and the harsh demands of the entertainment industry?

and very discolored
but other than that I love her!
Does anyone know if thats really her voice in the taiyou no uta songs?
P.S. I love this "bad news" about her. Its funny, because that stuff that she did isn't really that bad, but I guess in Japanese celebrity culture it is. Personally, it makes me like her even more. She's out of that cookie cutter mold of a cute japanese actress, but is instead a bit spicy
Sawajiri Erika Retains Title as 'Most Hated Female Celebrity'
Source: Mingpao
Translated by: sparkles_n15 @ asianfanatics.net
Every year Japanese magazine Shuukan Bunshun ranks 'The Most Hated Female Celebrity'. In second and third place were female personality Wada Akiko and comedian Hisamoto Masami. Their rankings came as no surprise to anyone. Recently arrested on drug charges, Sakai Noriko made the list this year, as did Kudo Shizuka and Sawajiri Erika. The latter two have been suspected of drug use and placed 17th and first respectively in the ranking. This once again goes to show that negative news can easily tarnish one's reputation.
Sakai who currently sits at the fourth spot, did not even place in the top 20 last year. It seems that the public not only found her drug use intolerable, but also her actions in destroying evidence prior to her arrest. As for Sawajiri, negative news from her contract termination has once again placed her on top of the list. The most surprising entry was Fujiwara Norika. It seems that many were not pleased with the way she handled her divorce.
As for Sakai, her latest biographical novel chronicling her drug use has gotten a lot of reaction after its release. It was announced yesterday that there were plans to release a Chinese version of the book, as well as having part of the content made into a documentary. The film will be used to promote anti-drug use and will hopefully be funded by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The film is aiming to be released across Asia
