This drama was awesome. xD Although.. The ending dissapointed me a little bit, but it was more about how amusing it was.
The opening freaking rocked.

Synopsis
This is the story of two cops. One doesn't care about getting promoted and wants to be like an American cop. His arrest record is high-95%, but he has to file a report for just about the same amount of cases because of the way he makes arrests. The other is a clean and cool cop that does everything by the book. The next chapter in this rookie's book is all but written.
These two very different personalities are assigned to work as partners on everyday, run-of-the-mill cases. At first, everyone thinks that they will never be able to work together. But they prove everyone completely wrong, as they go on to solve one case after the other on the streets of Tokyo.
This delightful story of two detectives makes its way into the Fuji Television fall line-up. Like the fast-paced Miami Vice and Beverly Hills Cops, "Double Score" promises to pioneer an all new genre of detective story!

not so 'DOUBLE'
9 / 10Fyxyse · 2005
the story is very good,no doubt about that.it is full of action and very fast-paced.the fighting scene is very real and well coreographed.must also give the credit to the actors coz they all did a very good job in potraying the hardworking, tough and dedicative but at the same time, sentimental policemen and policewomen.however, i don't really like the fact that this story revolves more around takashi than it is around the cute oshio-chan.the title is 'DOUBLE score' but it is not so double after all.Oshio-chan is waaaayy cuter and waaaayy hotter than takashi XD I like his character as the cool+collective Kawamura Etsuro.Obviously,we can always expect wonderful performances from him
