You can't fault the sweet, affectionate performance by Wakui Emi in a modern-day fairy tale. In fact, it's almost too simple to be really completely interesting.

Tis is not jus a romance drama, but oso shows how a bro protects his sis by doing all he can. I like toshiaki in tis drama as takagi masashi is so handsome and prince charming!! emi wakui oso pretty in tis drama, dey made up a nice couple!! =)
I tink tat the ending could be better, too plain to be an ending.

Yep, it is a modern cinderella love story. I like it, specially the actor (Toshiaki Karasawa). sooo.... cute!

Well I liked it so much, the deeper feeling between the couple really touching me.

Too bad the ending was too simple and too short.

one of my earliest drama. like the english name suggests, it's really a cinderella story... some moments were just so sweet... the theme song by Chage and Aska was good too... tot that Karasawa Toshiaki is rather cute after watching this show...

Let's just say I fell in love with Japanese drama because of this show. Toshiaki Karasawa is sooooooo good looking in this drama, I remembered him as Takagi Masashi ever since.
And anyway there IS a reason for calling it Tokyo Cinderalla story, you know... so (to piglet44) 'too fairy tale' is definitely justifiable!!!!

One of my fave shows of all times! I felt really sad at times for Yukiko for all the humiliation and heartbreaks she suffered for her love for Masashi. Masashi was at times a pretty weak character n kind of let Yukiko down at times. Nevertheless, Masashi truly fell for her at the end. I have to agree..the ending was so unfinished!..Lets u feel unfufilled...

I can't deny my love to romance's fairy tales like the story of Cinderella. Yep, that's why I love this JDorama. Toshiaki Karasawa & Emi Wakui makes such a lovely "charming prince and sweet Cinderella". If you in the mood for Cinderella's type of romance (like me,..always ! :D ), you might want to see this one ! I just get confuse with the ending, it suppose to be a happy ending, but the TV channel here showed it in a rather unfinished ending ?! *sigh*
