I watched this dorama when it was shown in television - it touched me!!!
Eventually i brought DVD and VCD box - and watch it over 30 times (more to come !!!)

Superior acting, though it tends to be overwritten - it's all about "pride" and "the game of love." But the setting of hockey is unique. The relatively rare segments of sports, compared to a terminal quantity of dialog.

really good. i did not really enjoy episodes 8-10 as much though. but the story was REALLY good and ending was honestly one of the BEST endings i've ever seen in dramas.
never thought i'd enjoy this drama so much.

every year takuya kimura produces a great show in 2004 its pride!!really nice romantic love drama..once u watch u will ot be able to stop..it is tat great..takuya kimura n takeuchi yuko oso produces great chemistry..takuya n yuko acting skill is also really good it seems like they r really in love!!I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS..U WILL REGRET IF U NEVER WATCH..SERIOUSLY!!

Best j-drama i've ever seen, usually i don't like to waych j-dramas, but this one got me addicted. i love the beginning of the drama it was great, they had great chemistry. HIGHLY RECOMMANDED!!!!

I love the show. It started out when my mom was watching the ending of the series.. sounds funny but true. Then their theme song just got stuck in my mind. Like I can't forget the whole thing..... I really loved it...... especially Takuya's great acting...... hahaha...... and also he's a hottie even though he has a wife already. Hehehe..... I would love to watch this drama over and over again.......

This drama is not one of my Kimura Takuya favorites, but it's a very powerful drama. One thing I really loved was the chemistry between Kimura and Yuko. They were just simply amazing together.

Well, this drama is quite far from my expextation. First half is amazing, I like Halu and Aki's relationship very much. But as the subplot came, it ruined the story. episode 9,10,11 is very boring. and I dont like Aki very much since her boyfriend come.. I give this drama 7 because i lik Kimuya and Yuko.
overall, it makes me dissapointed.. :(

....and I cans till watch it over and over again!!!!!!! Hehehe!. That's when i got hooked - and I started buying other japanese series! totally addictive!- oh yeah i gotta write a review! :P. Well I loved it!. And I too fell in love with Kimura! :D. The storyline is very good and different I thought, that's what got me hooked to it!.

kimura and yuko... has done such a good job!!..... i loved the commercial ... and i bought the DVD box!!.... its really good! its just halu and aki's chemistry....so cute!! i'm a swimmer and this drama gives me soo much determination!!

there are some problems, such as the often times passive (borderline weak) character of aki etc. but overall i think this drama is one to watch. made me laugh, cry, and root for the characters.

i love kimura takuya in this drama. i think he's at his most charming (strong and passionate but also flawed and sensitive with a touch of melancholy). also, the rest of the cast is amazing. they create a drama with good flow (doesn't drag on) and lots of heart. both the romantic relationships and the bonds of friendship are touching. the show did a good job of alternating between the two themes to create balance so that it's not overly lovey dovey. highly recommended, kono dorama o mite kudasai!
