Often a series like this gets very stale but not here. They continue to push the envelope of crazy office fun and absurd situations. Fun over acting as it is designed to be. Most of the cast is still around and delightful as always. Not original like the first season not as strongly cast as the 2nd season but good.

You would think that a sequel would be dangerous after such a successful first season... but what about a third?!
I found this last season to be just as worthy of praise. Everything I said in my last two reviews for the last two seasons applies here. I am docking one point, though. I mean, c'mon. Chinatsu actually wore pants in this season!

-Nonomura is gone. (Toshihito Ito had died before filming, so they replaced him)
-New, younger president. The company is now called "Manpan-George Smith" after a merger.
-The real ending to the Shomuni saga is the special known as "Shomuni Forever" which aired on this New Year.
