Watched this for the cast (they're all so kawaii). But if this is really representative of the way things are run in Japan, all I can say is it's totally screwed up!! Are all higher ups such arrogant jerks? Does everyone really put up with such flagrant abuse and injustice and just bow and scrape and take it?
