It's alright, I have done the same thing in the past. But like WD said, Ryusei no Kizuna is actually unexpectedly funny from what I have read. Maybe try SPEC, or Nobuta wo Produce if you haven't a ...

I would certainly recommend Ryusei no Kizuna more though, and it's not as gloomy as you may think.
