Yes. ��l means fourth (dai yon). So if you add �� (kai), it means the fourth of something or the fourth time. �� (ka) is the counter for lessons and chapters in a book.

��l�� means "the fourth (of something)". What Shari-san wrote is more correct. ���Ƒ�O�� means "lesson 3", so "lesson 4" is ���Ƒ�l��.

Instead of kudasai, consider using onegai shimasu when asking for a service or kuremasen ka when asking for a favor.
