I use virtualdubmod for all my video conversion needs but I'm not sure if the mpeg file created by vdub will work without hitch when burning to vcd. Anyway, try tmpeg aswell as suggested by niko2x.

I havent converted any avi to vcd so I'm not sure which is good. But when u buy a cd-writer it usually already comes with a vcd writing software like nero or easycd.

| it isn't exactly legal for the retailers in singapore to carry japanese dramas... but those major retailers that you mentioned, they do sell japanese dramas when they have a tent set up outside a shop ... |
