well..of course there would be new guys and girls in waterboys 3..but would be fun if maybe one of the characters from the old waterboys series woul have a little part too, like saotome-sensei in waterboys 2 ^^

I would expect a Waterboys 3... it's proven itself to be a hit again this
summer surpassing it's predecessor and topping the ratings.
For sure new characters, but I think an old character would be thrown
into the mix just for continuity.
I just saw ep 8 (the one with the seals) on ksci 18. Does anyone know the song that is played when the guys are doing their first practice swim? It starts playing when they lift the seal banner up and go for their practice swim. Sounds like a nice song.

Watched ep 9 right now and it was ok. a little bit more serious episode that gives us some more info one the relatinship between "master" and that teacher. and poor kozure-chan
and ep 10 is out too, I'm d/ling it right now ^^
and no idea about that song, would have to watch it again to remember what song was played ^^*

have watched ep 10 now, was a pretty sad episode and it ends at a really interesting scene..gaaaa...wana see ep 11!!!
btw..while watching them dance in episode 9 during the matsuri..I was reminded of the Yatte music video where they do similar moves but with a leaf infront of their "precious part"
Ah.. I still have yet to watch episode 9, which comes on this Sunday on KSCI, can't wait for it hehe ^^
As for the song, I believe it was an upbeat jpop song. It's kind of a catchy tune with an upbeat rythem for me. It was played around the middle of episode 8... I looked almost everywhere for the title and song, but no luck

hi! i am glad there is a forum for japanese tv dramas.. i really like watching it eventhough i don't understand japanese..
anyway, waterboys 2 is one of the best dramas I got to see when I went to Japan for 3 months. It is great! Refreshing and relaxing to watch... hehehe.. Unluckily I had to leave before seeing it come to an end but at the same time lucky because the resources we have in the internet..
I have found some links for some torrent files based on the previous ones posted, so here it goes.. i hope this works!

I was in a similar situation, I went to japan during the summer holidays and started to watch waterboys 2 and really liked it..god bless the internet now that I'm back and can't watch it on tv ^^
well i'm still behind..i just watched episode 9 on sunday.. i really liked the ending of that episode.. and theres actually a lil more romance compared to the first one. The first one seemed pretty minor on the romantic side.. And again.. Ishihara Satomi..she's pretty cute.

Yeah, it managed to just edge out Sekai Ai to become this seasons' ratings winner (WB2's av. viewer ratings were around 16%).
It also got the highest debut and finale numbers; so that's great for the franchise.

Yeah those are pictures celebrating the end of the show, those are from the official site and there are ones like it for the first season aswell.
And all the girls are great in this series, but I was partial to Suzuki Emi because Kozue was just so super cute lol.
I'm still itching to see the finale, the performance looks to be something else.
