NEVER RECIEVED ANYTHING!

But they sure took my money!

I sent them several Emails and my girlfriend emailed them too.

First of all, when did you pay and make your order? If it was under 2 weeks then you jumped the gun. It's the holiday season, things are bound to be delayed with people going away and mail is slow as well.

Oooooh yeah! I ordered some DVDs from another seller back in late November 2004. It took eleven days for it to arrive! And that wasn't even in the busiest part of the post office holiday season.

Basically, once the discs are in the mail, the distro can't do anything about the delays. I kept e-mailing the seller, but she wouldn't write back. After some thinking, I completely understand because, heck, what can she day to make things better?

So you need patience. Usually, a buyer should wait 30 days before making any complaints in public. Even eBay has this rule in place... You cannot give negative feedback until a certain amount of time has passed since the end of the auction.

I just felt I had to reply to this. I don't know the details of this transaction of course. $26 for just 2 drama sounds strange considering the ordersystem in use.

Anyway, after dealing with J-dorama dvd service several times myself, I find it very hard, not to say impossible, to believe that he (J-dorama dvd service) would rip anyone off.
First of all, he's clearly not in this for profit and second he's always very informative about whats going on. His whereabouts during the holidays as the latest example.
Well, the worst scenario I can think of is that a minor mistake has been made. But rip off, no way.

Relax & be patient, I'm sure you'll get an answer soon.

Its been 7 and 1/2 weeks, I paid for the DVDs on Nov. 12 (details below). The reason that the total amount is $26, is $10 for each series + $6 for shipping.
