Hotman 2 DVD (HDTV rip) with english subtitle will be out soon, by a brand called PEGASUS. They would be like Kiwi but with the english subs (and possiblilly korean, malay and thai subtitle) also.

HI! I have question regarding Singapore Postal Service, hopfully someone could give me some advice.
I recently purchased something from Singapore ( in January 2005). The seller stated that the item was sent and it shold take about 9 to 10 days to reach US. however, after 2 weeks, nothing was receveid. I contacted the seller, and the seller advice me that i should wait for another week, since there is no guaranteed delivery time on regular airmail parcel. I did exactly what the seller suggested. antoher week has gone by , still nothing, I contacted the seller agagin, asking if there is any number such as costume form number ( In US, there is a costume number on every constume form, for trace purpose in case the package needs to be tracked)
The seller replied, since the item was sent by regular air parcel ( not express mail or registered mail) there is no number on the costume form can be used for tracking ( seller also started to balem slow service of US postal service). Is that true? Becuase I remember receiving regualr air parcel goods from Singapore before, there WAS a number on the costume form, or Am I wrong?
Please I really need some help on this matter. I know i won't get my money back ( it was worth $100 of goods), At least I would like to know if there is anything I can do.
Please help. any info will be greatly appreciated.
