Yeah that's nice Smile Good picture! He looks great there.

I've been wondering about his 2005 projects as well. It seems he's put out at least 1 dorama a year since 1997...I hope he doesn't skip this year Smile I also hope it's better than Nurseman Ga Yuku, though, that one was kind of...forced.

Yup. I guess it's part of the show.

If the music was really good, you shouldn't have to resort to that, neh?

That's true, but ALL of the Johnny's groups wear some really bizarre looking costumes sometimes.

Mabo's costumes tend to be more on the normal side since he plays the drums, but some of the other guys in the group have worn some strange stuff. Especially Nagase! hehe

Yeah, that red skirt-like thing he wore in their 1999 concert tour was really weird. Johnny's groups do seem to like bizaare attention-getting costimes, lots of feathers and glitter and coats with tails. The weirdest dumbest costume I've seen so far is the one the NEWS guys wore at the last countdown concert...black/purplish with glittery heart appliques. Hehe.

And yeah, mabo's costumes do seem a bit laid-back (compared with the others at least.) His hairstyles are something else though, lol. I was on a TOKIO spree in the last week, and I've seen him with everything from a lion's mane type do, to blonde-dyed and even BLUE-dyed! I like him best in the semi-buzz, he looks so clean and gorgeous Smile

Anyway going back to the gallery, I have lots of new caps but I haven't uploaded them all yet. I couldn't wait to put these up though (he's SOOO kawaii!)

I dunno the title of this show though. It was some special variety show featuring TOKIO doing all sorts of weird challenges and skits and stuff. Late 2003 or early 2004 if I'm not mistaken. If anyone can help me with the title, thanks in advance!

I watched half of Mabo and Nagase special drama "Kindaichi Vs Agaya" while I was in Japan ..*cough* but I fell asleep too tired after a long flight so I didn't get the chance to see the ending. Beaten

My comment (just where I was still wide awake) Mabo was great. It's my first time seeing him playing a serious character while Nagase was playing a rather easy going detective. Both guys have done a great Job. hahhaa..it's really rare to see two hunks in one pot. I will definitely buy the DVD if this ever comes out on one.. Beaten Victory! Peace!

he's supposed to be a dog, not a bunny Doh!

...and I was referring to his concert costumes. The ones I posted were from some variety show where the guys were given all sorts of weird challenges, one of which included donning dog costumes.

Must you guys make something out of everything Shake Head Since this *is* the Matsuoka Masahiro gallery, it would be nice to post pictures and talk about him sans the side-smirking Grumble No offense

Anyway for the actual Mabo fans, I just finished watching Tokio Dokkiri Wars episode 1. I was wondering, maybe you could help me. Since it's called episode 1, I suppose that means there's an episode 2 Bleah Has anyone seen it? Is this a whole variety series, or a one-off special/mini-series? It was pretty fun, and I'd love to watch the others (just can't seem to find them anywhere online...there's even no mention of the series anywhere)

Here are a few pictures from the show:
