finally kicked out of that 70s classic rock, and i'm back to my true love:
currently listening to:
La Boheme composed by Puccini, libretto by: Giacosa and Illica.
and in particular this recording
it's an all star cast in every sense of the word. Pav and Freni conducted by Karajan...it's divine...

Right now, I'm listening to Once in a Blue Moon by Hasegawa Takashi from the drama With Love. Someone is finally seeing this series and I'm happy. Does anyone have the piano version of this song? If you do, can you send it to me?

More Clapton:
is that a compliation of cream songs? or did clapton go back to the studio and redo them... cream was a great band, and clapton was pretty much god with a gituar until hendrix. Now i don't know claptons not for me anymore...i listen to his newer recordings and i think, where's that ass kicking rocker form cream, yardbirds, and derek and the dominos. his new robert johnson album was ok, but i really miss those blues rock days. the combined tallent of those three bands (cream, yarbirds, and derek) was nothing short of amazing.
currently listening to:
Derek and the Dominos - Layla and Other Love Stories

hmm no i didn't get a chance to see it, but i hear that pbs is doing a whole documentary serries on the blues, kinda like what ken burns did with jazz, but focusing only on great blues and great bluesmen. you can bet i'm gonna be hooked. bb king and clapton together reminds me of the ridin with the king album. BB and Eric playing Key to the highway is great...
