Well, for what it's worth, I just sent an email to Micah mentioning the fact that after a year and a half, Jason Kirk has never done anything to convince me that he's anything other than a thief and a liar.

As to BMW's idea of keep a front page, up to date, running tally of the positive and negative feedback on traders... boy what a boring and thankless job that would be.

It would be a cool resource... but a rotten job.

I nominate BMW!!!

to be perfectly honest, i this is the only thread i visit on this forum anymore. i have been very busy with school and extracurricular activities. however, i have been able to check this thread once a week, give or take a few days.

i am just glad that i have been able to provide a service to drama fans. i know that if i were a big trader, this type of thread would definitely help me out, so that is why i continue to do it.

if someone comes up with a better way of tallying votes and stuff, great, let me know. if a mod would like to take it over because they feel i am not doing an adequate job, also fine, let me know. if not, i'll just continue to do this the way i have been doing it the past year, or however long ago i started it.

Thanks for trying to reach Micah. I won't ask you to try again because you did enough But I still agree with Eve that you should hound Jason somehow for at least a refund. If you have his address or can get it, find someone to report it to in order to light a fire under his @$$. I can find out from my friend who she went to because I don't remember, if you want me to. I have a feeling she was the only one to get their order.

By now I bet you have the dramas you ordered from elsewhere, so you deserve your money back. I'll leave it at that

geoff, by no means have you done an inadequate job. I know you are busy with school and life and may not visit here as often as you'd like to. So I didn't feel it was necessary to add any extra work for any proposed changes to your methods. You have kept it well up to date and I found this thread helpful as well. It was only 1 page out of date for I'd say less than a week and we did a TON of posting about 1 bad trader, I didn't mean it was inadequate. I just didn't know how often you would be able to update and I think it's fine as it is. Please continue the way you want if you would still like to continue.

Wasn't trying to step on your toes or imply that your work was inadequate... In all honesty, I didn't know that you were keeping a running tally on page one... I just thought having an updated list posted every now and then would be more accessible to everyone viewing this thread...

It's probably not be possible, but it would be cool to have the totals listed at the head of each page for this thread for quick reference...

Hello Everyone,

Just a notice. I attempted to work a deal out with a gentleman by the name of Jason Kirk who runs the following website, http://users.adelphia.net/~gojira/

On his site he offers a wide variety of Drama's and offers to make copies at a price and offers trades. I sent him the missing episode to help complete his collection of Hojo Tokimune and sent him $180.00 to make a copy of the set for me.

That was over two months ago, so I e-mailed him to get an update and he never returned my e-mail. I waited another week just in case, and still no answer. Just to make sure that maybe something bad didn't happen to him, I had my fiance e-mail him to request some videos and surely less than 48 hours he responded! And of course, still no response to my request for my order status.

So I now know what kind of person he is. So everyone please be aware and pass this on. This guy is a con artist or at the very least very lazy and lacks ethics or morals. Please do not waste your time or money in contacting him as I did.

This whole experience has left me with such a bitter taste in my mouth. To think that someone could basically steal from you, and not only once but twice, by taking the episode I sent to him to complete his collection and by failing to fulfill his obligation to a paying customer.
