Someone care to explain to me why the Austrian postal service sucks monkey balls?

I mean, it took then nearly 2 weeks to transport a parcel from a location, which is only a few kilometers from Vienna, to me. And it took them 24 hours to transport another parcel from Germany to me... There's something wrong... See, if it's from Germany and would take 2 weeks I'd say "Ok, it's another country, it takes a while." That can happen. But Deutsch-Wagram is basically around the corner for crying out loud! I could go there and pick it up after work!

I need a hammer, mallet, mace or baseball bat or something...

And you better whack them with that! hehe hehe hehe

Postal services are unreliable. Why do you think they offer insurance? It's an incompetant service.

I've never personally had any problems with the postal service (lucky!) but I remember driving down the freeway and a mailtruck had pulled over to the side, it's back door was open, the road was littered with mail and it was a windy day and letters were flying everywhere. I guess his back door must have popped open down the road and a mailbag fell out. oops. I'll bet some of those didn't make it to their destination.

They offer insurance?

Not here lol. Maybe ours is so unreliable that they'd be bankrupt if they had to pay for every parcel they lose? Shocked Shake Head

Ours does. Sorry that yours doesn't.
However the US Postal Service has it's "moments" in losing mail and parcels. I wouldn't be suprised if suddenly one day they stop insurance. hehe

I've got a question...what would you all say if an African-American person registered here who absolutely LOVES the Japanese culture?? Would you think they were weird? Or would you think they were betraying their own race of people??

Share Opinions!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mr Green

That would technically imply that everyone who's not Japanese, but loves their culture is weird and is betraying his or her race of people.

So the answer to your questions can only be: No.
