Its a good idea, but if the director does a poor job, it'll make it seem like they desperate just to keep a good series going.....kinda like the Rambo and Rocky series

Aye... she could go to Yae's village, like Yae suggested in Azumi 1, etc... eyeshift, shows the current casting Azumi 3 - The Path of Carnage Azumi ... Ueto Aya Kaede (kunoichi, older twin-sister of Kozue) ... Kuriyama Chiaki Ishikawa Takahiro (ronin who goes by the alias "Oimi Nobuhiro") ... Ichikawa Ebizo Ishikawa Megumi (Takahiro's youngest sister, and a shinto shrine maiden) ... Maeda Aki Ishikawa Harushige (younger brother of Takahiro) ... Fujiwara Tasuya (possibly, not sure yet) Setsumomo (kunoichi & geisha) ... Miyazawa Rie Fujiko (Setsumomo's apprentice in many different arts) ... Suzuki Anne Kanbei ... Kazuki Kitamura Some flashback characters would include: Ishikawa Fusae (Takahiro's oldest sister) ... Nakama Yukie Ishikawa Nobushige (Takahiro's father) ... Watanabe Ken Gessai, Tenkai, Yae, Chiyo, Nachi, Nagara, etc... It would be Azumi's hardest fight so far. Not only would she have to overcome Kaede, who ignores her orders to get revenge, but also old Kanbei and those he sides with, the Toyotomi and some of their best assassins. And then there's the ronin, and the ghosts from the past that haunt her (that's where the miko comes in)...

Well, Nagara is gone now, too. I guess She�Lll have to find someone new. A second Nagara for Azumi 3 would be a bit stoopid Crazy

But I�Ld love to see it that she goes to see Yae. I was already expecting something like that for Azumi 2�Ls end.
After I watched Azumi 2 I can�Lt wait to see more, now. Hope there�Lll be another movie.

I actually agree, I was expecting Yae to pop up, I was a bit susprised when I looked at the list of characters and didn't find "Yae" on it. But we all know, there will never be peace for Azumi. Old Tokugawa will find something to kill for her.
