Problem is... in BR she doesn't get to act much, and Kill Bill, well lol... Despite Go Go being an interesting and cool character, she has zero depth and again, nothing to act there really. Kagen no Tsuki is a better example.
@ yukari_no_hoshi: don't get your hopes up with it. After Chiaki's character leaves the story it goes even more downhill (and at that point you still have some 15-20 minutes to go). I think Azumi 2 dies and turns completely stupid right when Azumi encounters the Nachi copy and the double of that bad guy from part 1 (the one from those three brothers who ambush those travelling artists), which is before Chiaki's character even appears. I have no idea who had the "brilliant" idea to bring those two back. I still consider the first part to be the better one (it definitely had the better soundtrack). Personally I think Azumi 2 suffers the same fate as most sequels. One of the few highlights is Chiaki. Also the fact that Aya can't look evil, no matter what, doesn't really help either. Sad thing is, so far I'm tempted to say that the only decent ninja in both Azumi movies were the two guys from part 1 (the monkeyface and his counterpart who helped Gessai) and Chiaki's character Kozue in part 2 (wonderful kunoichi she is). Too bad that the story in part 2 is full of holes lol.
Another good thing of Azumi 2 is... Chiaki's hairstyle... god I love her ears.
kunoichi at work, doing what they're best at... cause troubles and make mischief... and of course... wrapping men around their fingers

i have to ask cuz i dunt wana waste money. shud i buy azumi 2 or battle royale 1&2.which do u think is better.
well i have to say that i am a big fan of azumi and azumi 2 and absolutely love those movies but weather you should buy azumi 2 or BR 1&2 im not too sure about that - but what i will say is that although i am a huge fan of aya ueto and wud therefore buy azumi 2 because of her, the movie did disappoint me a little compared to the first one which really makes you connect with the characters, unfortunately the second one doesnt.
so if you are a fan of beautiful girls swinging swords then buy azumi 2 but if you like raw violence then go for the BR films cos they are awesum
