lol, well, in that one scene now she told Nagara what her mission was and in the end Nagara whined "let Azumi live", which was... pretty silly. An assassin and whining to let a target live? He should know better lol. I expected more from him, but then again, considering that all other 8 male sidekicks were pretty much useless, no big surprise.

great screen caps from Azumi2, in some way, the first one had some better fighting action, but i like the second one better overall cause Chiaki was in it too, double dose of j-idols.

It would have been nice if Chiaki and Aya would have duked it out more along the line of the Azumi-Mogami fight and not like Chiaki's character being nothing more than a peasant girl with no skills. It was just too fast.

yeah, way too fast. Chiaki wasn't much a challenge for azumi, could've made it exciting. Also, i think they should have had azumi kick that one samurai dude from the first one, she should have kicked his butt in, maybe they are saving it for #3.

Hehe, yeah, possibly, though I fear part 3 will lack even more than part 2. Especially since there are no targets anymore. The only one left would be Toyotomi himself, but he can't die till 1615
They could bring Chiaki back in part 3 I mean, if it works with two useless nuts from part 1, they can as well do it with a cool character

dang, i wanted azumi to beat one that guy to a pulp, but he keeps escaping and leaving, is that him? Toyotomi from the first one, the samurai dude?
think there will be a third? they should put some more j-idols in like Kou shibasaki, Yu Yamada, and a few others...

Nonono... that guy was Kanbei who walked out of both parts alive. But the only other leader who's alive and could threaten the peace would be the son of Toyotomi Hideyoshi, who was historically steamrolled by Tokugawa in the 2nd Osaka campaign in 1615.
It would be interesting though to see Azumi realize that, no matter how many enemy warlords she kills for Tokugawa to maintain peace, it can't be achieved. There's no peace until either Tokugawa or Toyotomi are dead. And even after that, there's no guarantee (as the Shimbara rebellion proves). So, she can't escape

you sure know your azumi info, i only really know the first azumi, even though i am not familiar with the history, all i know is that Azumi has a sweet voice and looks very nice... , and chiaki, and it is an instant hit!, not sure if there is going to be third though.

Aye, the story's somewhat over, all three targets are dead, Azumi's the last assassin who survived...
Purinsesu photobook, they used a lot of european fairy tails for that (not only the Little Mermaid, but she's also in it as Snowwhite, Sleeping Beauty and Little Red Riding Hood). Though I still think she looks most stunning in the Moon princess part, since I think it just proves that she'd be amazing in a period drama *drools over the juni-hitoe she's wearing in that one*
