OMG he just came back from being hospitalized. I was sad to not see him around shows and mags for that month. The Johnny's Jimusho has not said what they are going to do yet. I seriously hope that they don't kick him out because.

just a clarification:: Uchi and Ryo didn't appear on MS because they weren't going to in the first place.. they were supposed to go back to Osaka for another job..

i think the reason why japan age for alcohol is 20 is the fact that lots of ppl there drink alcohol. if they drop down the age to 18, just imagine, they will have an overpopulated rate of alcohol drinkers!!!! ( bad image isnt it )
on his case, shouldnt his colleagues in fuji tv also take responsibility on this? since he is underage and why do they let him drink with them !!! bad colleague well, just hope that if he'll behave his "indefinite suspension" will be lifted. _________________

More information on this matter:
-Name of the member is withheld due to him being underaged. Usually, people who break the law and are below 20 do not have their names announced to the media. It is an offence to drink alcohol in Japan if you are under 20 years old.
-He was the only NEWS member who attended the dinner cum drinking session with FujiTV announcers. According to reports, it was FujiTV female announcer, Kikuma Yukino who invited him to the drinking session which lasted till the early morning. He left the place alone and was so drunk that he caused a din in Sendai's Koutoudai Park thus leading to the police taking him away after some people called up to make a complaint to the police.
-This member was held at the police station for about 4 hours and let off with a stern warning before being released.
-Johnny's Jimusho released a statement on 16 July to the press and confirmed this incident. They have indicated that this member will be indefinitely suspended from work.
-NEWS were in Sendai to lend support to the women's volleyball team taking part in the Volleyball World Grand Prix and went to the Sendai City Stadium on 14 July to perform during Japan's match.
-After the match ended at 9pm, the member went to have dinner with the staff from FujiTV inculding a fellow member of NEWS who is already of age. At about 1 am on 15 July, he went to drink with FujiTV announcer, Kikuma Yukino. He left the restaurant alone and was going back to his hotel when he created a disturbance at the park.
-On 16 July when NEWS was supposed to perform during the Japan vs Brazil match, this member did not appear during the programme together with Kikuma who has been suspended too due to this incident. The remaining 7 members did not mention anything about this incident during the press conference. The eldest member, Koyama Keichiro apologised to the media for being unable to reveal anything.
-Due to Kikuma bringing this member for drinks and not stopping him from consuming alcohol as a underaged person, FujiTV has apologised for this matter and is considering the punishment to be meted out to her and the staff involved. The worst situation is that she might be taken off from the programmes she is currently hosting.
-This member is currently involved in the FujiTV drama, Ganbatte Ikimasshoi and Ep 3 which is due to aired next Tue is currently undergoing editing to reduce this member's appearance. His role is likely to be removed from the drama thus rewriting of the script and re-shooting of the episodes are likely to take place.
-The news of his involvement in this case has been made known to the cast members on 16 July and they were shocked about this. The filming is expected to last till middle of Sep in Ehime so there will be a change in the shooting schedule. In actual fact, this member's scenes have been shot up till Ep 7 thus the production staff is in a big hurry to reduce his appearance by a huge percentage in Ep 3.
-This member is also involved in the group, Kanjani which is singing the theme song for US anime movie, Robots. The movie company says that it is difficult for them to change the theme song in a hurry at this stage since the movie is showing from 30 July. The song which was expected to be released as a single is now on hold and pending the decision of Johnny's Jimusho.
-His appearance on variety programme, Honjani has been edited by the TV station.

well if they say he is suspended, means that uchi will be suspended from all appearance for that particular period no matter if it is prerecorded or live show, that's why they are going to edit it out. wait, will that mean that teppen pv will be reedited too? ( i hope not ) and maybe it is a part of the contract they signed with JE ( who knows? ), btw, is he a part of summary 2005? coz he and ryo isnt in 2004 version. it will be really sad if he is a part of it this time and now he wont be able to join in.
fyi: smap's goro inaki was suspended also a few years back for about a few months for violating traffic regulation, but he is still in smap now isnt it? hope it'll be the same with him on both news and kj8 ( on the bright side, he'll get as much rest as he wants which he didnt have after his operation )
and another thing, i've noticed that there are no uchi and ryo's picture on webpage of ganbatte, and yamapi's on dragon sakura, then i just read somewhere that johnny jimusho prohibits the posting of pictures of any of its artist on the internet .. weird isnt it? coz they are the only group of artists which alway dont have their picture posted... _________________
