haha my mum always do that to me... add a year to my age.... she says its a chinese thing that u count the year... but i always argue back that im westernised therefore i dont do that... so i see its japan does that too....

The program used looks like Animation Shop (I could be wrong) and I think you can download a trial version of it to use for 30 days.

a lot of asian cultures count the year that you were "in utero" as your first year, so they add a year to how old they are. so our Matsujun is currently 22 in Japan (and Taiwan, China, Korea...) but 21 by western countries.

My culture is kinda like that toh.. if yeu were born before Khmer new year then yeu add a whole year onto yeur age..since I was born after the new yr ims till the age whatever I am now.. I think it's cool ahaha ;D _________________

Mastujuns b-day is coming up, but he was born on august 30 1983, and on profiles it says that he is 22 years old, that doesn't make sense, shouldn't he be 21, turning 22. in a mago mago arashi he said he was 22, then wouldn't he be born in 1982 cause he is turning 23 years old. maybe i am wrong and not seeing something, but this is weird. i have been wrong before.
If u are turning frm 21 to 22 dis yr but ur bday has not reached yet,and when people asks u wat is ur age dis yr u wld usually tell dem u're 22.
