well...jstorm isn't really so much thier company...as it is their section of the J-Ent monarchy...they aren't completely independent of Johnnys or anything.

but yeah, their current album is #1 on the weekly oricon charts in japan (thats the japanese version of the billboard charts) so i'd say they are moderately popular ^_^ between all the boys, there are 4 current tv series...2 new plays, a concert tour, their new album, etc....and thats just at the moment (well, the plays are after the tour ends)...thats not even counting all they have done in the past which have included movies, several tv series and dramas, 6 albums, 2 concert tours a year, several musicals and stageplays, tv specials, guest apperances, etc...they have been busy busy boys for several years now....

there are several sites about them around the web...few english sites tho...most of them are in chinese or japanese or korean or whatnot.

Well, that's true for a friend of mine. She started getting interested in Arashi after seeing MatsuJun in Kimi wa Petto. ^^ I, on the other hand, only cared about their music in the first place. 8D

well, at least that's true for me... i've seen nino first, but since he wasn't the only main chracter of the dorama, so i didn't pay much attention, only that he sang the "Hey hey lo" ship song, he sounded chinese... then when i saw gokusen... yeah, sawada shin such a good 'bait'... but nowadays, i would say that my fave would be ohno... coz he's such a 'baka riida', but only 5 of them would make arashi complete, such unique personalities and all, don't u think?

if u want to see other doramas and films which include the arashi members... u can check in the site dorama database, ne?

most of the things I heard were contributions from other posters in the thread... it's so hard to find the albums where i lived, but i did manage to buy one album so far... the first album... hua hua hua...i can't order anything online, and i've yet known anyone close enuff to buy arashi's stuff for me in Japan... kawaiso ne?

I didn't see any fireworks at my place. But I did hear that F-16 fly past. (was it the F-16?)
I can't believe I'm going to say the part of the parade that I had the most fun watching was the contigent and vehicles part. That happens when you have two army guys sitting beside you while you are watching the parade. xD

Yes! Nic was here. He performed last and that's why I know. I wasn't at the stage area so I didn't know if there was Twins. Unfortunately, the only camera I had was on my phone so I didn't manage to take any pics other than the fireworks and the convoy.

twins was there. lucky! i wan c nic! haiz. ya i only managed to hear one of the planes passing by too.
