Really, I dont know what you have against her? Im not a fan, but I like her acting, its really good. And Im not jealous that she gets to act with the johnny's guys, they fit really well in the show together. Ganbatte Ikimasshoi and Stand Up are both perfect for her, and she is perfect for them.

The thing that Uchi was replaced... not so good, Junno made the character so different. The attitude changed totally. I thought that he doesnt get exited about anything... But the looks are amazingly the same, of course nobody can replace the dear Uchi...

Ryo is doing really good job in the show, hes soo cute like always. I got really exited when they found that Buu likes Etsuko, as I expected. Aah, cant wait for the next episode! Sorry for cheering for the pairing Buu/Etsuko, but they really fit together in the show!

Anyway, as for the guy's crew team saying that Buu likes Etsuko .. well, Buu brushed it off and said stuff like (the gist of it) .. "No, it's not true. I've known her since we were kids and I've always thought of her as another boy.." etc etc and he even went so far as to tell them the story that when they were kids he pushed her off some jungle gym (?) --> which really upset Etsuko. Anyway, in the end the rest of the guys believed what he said and no one knows about Buu secretly liking Etsuko.

Yeah, hes a meanie^^ But the thing when the team said that he likes Etsuko. I think he said that just because he didnt want them to know that he likes her, and when he said all that, he didnt know that Etsuko heard. So I bet he wouldnt have said so if he knew she was around. And btw, I think he said also something about the "nickname" Yaba-ne... right?

I watched this in Japan almost every week... I like it ALOT! One of the episodes made my mom cry, lol. The one where they enter their first race and theyre losing (by alot...) but Etsune makes her speech and starts rowing? Thats the one. My mom cried

I feel baka sometimes when I watch this show. It reminds me of the first time when I realised that sport was actually rowing! Lol. I saw that sport in Germany last year and didn't know what that until this show provided me with the answer.

From all the summer dorama this year, Ganbatte Ikimasshoi is definetely my favourite.
And I guess I'm one of the few people who actually really adore Anne. Yep, she's one of my favourite Japanese actresses, ever since I saw her in Kindaichi

There's one thing I've been wondering about ... does the name Buu has a special meaning? Cause Anne seems to use it in a kinda mocking way XD

Anne's and Ryo's characters used to be from the same elementary school and she used to call him Buu as a nick I guess. This was what I could recall.

When Etsuko keeps going �gBuu..�h her hands would go up to her face making some sort of an action�cshe is trying to mean how chubby and fat he looked when he was younger. Remember they grow up together?

Actually the girl (can't remember character names) said in episode 1 or 2 that she calls him Buu because when he was little, he had puffy cheeks and so she started calling him Buu, even though he hates it. He went "Buu-janaiyo!"

Yep I finally got to see episodes 1 and 2, just have to say that Ryo and Uchi and the other characters except for the littlest girl, do not look like first year students, Uchi's WAY TOO TALL, and Junnosuke is just gonna add to that, he's SIX FEET!!!
And the one girl that plays the "busu" girl (I feel sorry for her, people judging her as lower class type of student) does not look like a highschool student at ALL...

I saw him in H2, and kind of fell for him too, he was also in Kamen Rider BLADE, and I only found out he was in Ganbatte from Junon Magazine...

I didnt say it wasnt Uchi's fail. It really was, why didnt he learn from the first time he got caught?

I really enjoyed Episode 6 =D I think Etsuko's character shone the most in this episode versus the past ones.

Anyway, I have a question. In the beginning when Rie and Etsuko were about to run, Nakata makes a bet saying that if someone wins then what will happen? And I think the episode that was uploaded onto d-addicts was missing a part of the beginning - so why were Buu and Etsuko mad at each other once again? (They seem to fight every episode )

Well I saw episodes 3 and 4 sometime back, and I didn't enitrely notice that Uchi was gone...And then the sudden addition on Junnosuke in the next episode suprosed me, and I don't think he really fits, Jun's good but he smiles too much, it's very different from Uchi's point...

I don't think you should say such a thing, I know that he did something illegal, but it doesn't mean that all hope is over...

Also the law is 20, he is 18, so he broke the law by under 2 years...

watched a bit of ep9, cause it was the first one i d/l'ed due to fast Bittorent d/l rates. I liked it but only watched a few min's. Anne seems like a great actress and i am excited to watch the entire series.

not sure if this is the place, or if anyone will bother to reply to this, BUT I need help with seeders, because i am d/l'ing this drama, episodes 1, 2, 3. And probably will continue. The BT d/l rates for this drama ep's have been super slow. So, could use some help with seeding.
