and i'm dying to get a software that can edit clips (not gifs but mpegs/avi/etc... like yours). what did you use for your vid? any recommendations?

heheh, arigatou, bella-chan, for that nice thought, i really like the .gif, was wondering which episode was it from? his face is kinda 'mysterious'... for 5 nanoseconds! haha, i just finished watching the 20050810 D no Arashi, and lol, leader was so cute when he tried to eat ramen from that 'powdery' thingy in the bowl. when he sneezed... cho kawaiii.... i thought that i was the only one who'd sneeze like that. my friends always tease me for it. now that i know that dear oh-chan also sneezed the same way, i'm proud of my sneeze...

fybabe, i use Movie Maker in Windows. Not sure it's the best, for i just know this one. Maybe this is a simplest program(but i waste a lot of time to learn )
BTW,I spend more time in collection than technique.

I'm glad you like the .gif. I took screen captures from one of the "best of specials" right after New Years. It was the 2005.01.05 episode. The clip was taken from an earlier episode, but I'm not sure which one. (*curiosity struck...goes off to search for original clip*) I haven't seen all of the new D no Arashi ep. I've been trying to hard to get all of the old D no Arashi eps that when a new one comes out I dl it and tell myself that I'll watch it later. But now you've made me want to go watch Leader sneeze! That's so cute, you and Oh-chan have something else in common! You two are "food-sneezers" .

A Little Story Concerning Me

So I'm off from school now and I've got a good three weeks to sit at home and do nothing until I start work in September. I decided to go to Pacific Mall today (biggest Asian mall in North America, etc, etc) since I haven't been there in a while. I swear I must have walked into every single CD/VCD/DVD store there was there (and trust me, there were a lot! I swear they double in numbers everytime I go). Anyways, I couldn't believe my eyes at the number of JDramas available for sale! Too bad they're all Chinese-subbed.

Anyways, on to the good part. I decided to check out Music Headquarters, which is pretty much the only store in P Mall that sells authentic CDs instead of the pirated stuff. So I find their tiny wall of J-Artist stuff and imagine my surprise as I'm flipping through the CDs I find the Typhoon Generation and Pikanchi singles!

I'm completely blown away. Those singles are sold out on yesasia! I'm still dancing about inside as I think of my luck! Well, that is my story for the day.

Hopefully I'll start posting more often again.


EDIT: BTW, Tokyo Tower along with the srt file is uploaded into my PDBox. I figure I shoulda said something about that so that it doesn't just sit there and rot.

I read in another forum (thanks Dobu!) that Aiba-chan bathed in a SINK in Niigata since there weren't shower stalls; MatsuJun complained about the no shower stalls. Nino was oblivious to it as he was busy playing game (you and your games..). Wahhh I'm amazed that Aiba can fit in a sink...they even showed a picture of him in the sink in the MC segment. (Would love to see that pic XDD). Aiba-chan, cho kawaii ne~~

Thanks for agreeing. BTW, I never thanked you for offering to archive d/ls while I tried to clean out my computers. My new DVD burner won't burn anything but I keep on d/ling stuff anyways! Right now I'm hovering at 1.6 GB on both comps... I'll PM you if I need anything though. Arigatou!

I showed my mum the "I don't speak Engrish" wazaari episode and she can't stop laughing and when I taught her to say "Arigatou gozaimasu", she says "GozaiTHEmasu" which got me started to say it too. She says it's English and Japanese - arigatou gozaithemasu.

Glad you liked the Ohno .gif. I had fun making it, because it was fun to pause on all of Leader's funny facial expressions.

I've tried to show my mom some Arashi clips, but she spends her time picking out words that sound like Spanish and is more fascinated by that. Oh well. It's fun to bond with family using Arashi. Arashi can bring families together---okay, excuse my cheesiness. I had to say it, gomen.
