CB will do that to you. There are 3 different ways to fix:
1)right click on it, select ' back' then when the page goes back, right click and go forward
2)right click, select encoding and choose 'western european'
3)just press ctrl N
Any of these 3 methods should automatically start your downloading

Also CB can take hours or even days to begin downloading. It just mean you are in a queue.
