Wow KAT-TUN will finally debut? this is going a bit off topic but who cares that is cool
then maybe Ya-Ya-yah can debut next year or something once they are all in higher high school ro something? who knows are ya ya yah popular in japan? _________________
hmmm, i think like kattun, ya-ya-yah is guranteed to debut - they're so much younger than kiss my ft, abc etc. but they seem more popular/get more attention
have their own show
have their own manga
always go on all the overseas trip (so lucky!!!)
i think the reason why they're holding on to kattun is
1) give news extra lead time
2) as juniors, they can pay them less
3) someone told me suppose to wait until kame turns 20 or some age - i don't know if this is true!
(yup full of conspiracy theories )
johnny usually has a couple years in between for groups to debut...think of arashi, then tackey, then news
so if assuming kattun debuts by end of this year/next year, ya-ya-yah will prob debut a few years after??
** Yabu goes to the same high school that YamaP and Matsujun went, can't remember the name, starts with H i think, but it's pretty famous for being an 'idol' school...

Well Johnny's company doesn't give out real last names, it's like the Dohmoto Brothers, they aren't really brotehrs, but they were given the last names Dohmoto. I think it's to hide their family... _________________

@cheery - i still dont understand na.... "Johnny's company doesn't give out real last names"
Doesn't applies to everybody I think...
Like chinese artiste also have a artiste name...Like Jerry Yan's name is a artiste name...
They give artiste name to make it sounds better because sometimes the artiste's real name are not very applealing...
But that's what I think, maybe it doesn't apply to Johnny's...but I am quite sure Yamashita is yamapi's mothers surname

Really, because I think it's an odd coincidence that Shoon and Yama P have the same last names..
Yeah the "Stage names" as they call it, like Koyuki or MEGUMI, but I would think they still wouldn't really use REAL last names because you could track down the family....and Kato is a pretty common last name to have...it's possible Johnny's changed the last name because there are so many Katos...
I know that Kusanagi Tsuyoshi's (SMAP) was made up because he's originally Korean....I guess it doesn't apply to everyone....not sure...
I remember watching either UTABAN or HeyHeyHey, where one of the Johnny groups talked about the leader of the company giving them made up last names, I can't remember if it was for all the members or just the one that was talking about it.... _________________

Hue.... now, i'm confuse again... hai... i decided to just forget about this and just think of their names now as their real names before my head burst..

Yamashita is quite a common surname too, I think there's another Jr that's call yamashita too...
Kusanagi Tsuyoshi is a Korean i didn't know that...he don't look like one....
But giving artiste name is really a common thing so I think it's ok....But is it that easy to trackk down the family...why people want to do that?
