Hi Reila! Did anyone answer this yet? I don't know what "MC" is short for (mic?), but it means when one of the band members stands up at the microphone and talks to the audience. The "encore" is done at the end after the end of the concert. So after the concert "ends" the band will normally come back out to play a few more songs which are considered the "encore". Hope that helps?
