Since everyones complaining about cold weather, time to revive this thread. The Dodgers picked up Rafael Furcal from Atlanta w00t! Assuming they get a manager, I guess that means Izturis moves to 2nd(when he comes back) and Jeff Kent moves to 1st.

What ever happened to the Dodgers' farm system?

They used to have one of the best, cranking out all those Rookies of the Year, now they have to resort to buying players....

Tradition has gone the way of the dinosaur. Shake Head

Speaking of tradition, Paul LoDuca has followed the career path of Mike Piazza going from the Dodgers to Florida to the Mets. The legacy of DePodesta lives on Beaten

Any ideas on who you would like to see managing your boys in Blue? Just curious from a purely rival point of view.

Dodgers announced Grady Little(formerly of the Red Sox) is the new manager. I am underwhelmed.

Well, it's already been 17 years, so that would mean it's only 63 years to go! Bonk

I thought they were trying to be the ex-giants. They also got Tomko, Loften, Cruz Jr, and were pretty damn near getting Reggie Sanders.
