@ sashimi : Aww... I guess they (cards) sold out pretty quick. LoL~ The last time about 3 days ago I went back there, none were left. XD

Oh yeah... pardon a noobie like me... but I wonder how come I don't see any KAT-TUN CDs at HMV like NEWS or Kanjani 8? I mean those audio ones, I know there's the DVD/VCD live...

Hehe I never buy those cards unless they are of good quality...=p

They haven't debutted yet so no music cds but HMV do sell their kaizo concert cds. I have not seen a single Kanjani 8 cd in HMV Shameful Cry...or is it just me? Sweat

Sorry for this uber late reply. Haven't logged in for a few days already.

Hi All,
I am new to this forum and was suprise to see so many Singaporean here. w00t! w00t! w00t!
By the way anyone know where we can get Japanese Drama in DVDs here in Singapore coz I only find VCD in Poh Kim and TS.

DVDs...usually movies but drama wise, very rare. If you can find one, kudos! The best place is to buy it in Japan. lol Beaten

And the quality of Jap VCDs in Singapore sucks. I bought Engine from TS for about 16 (I have the membership card), and halfway through episode 6 there was this weather report, in Japanese no less, flashing insanely on the screen declaring that there would be "heavy rain" that night.

Yeah, because they Taiwan imported. I feel that these Taiwan replicas of the cds are recorded of the tv rather than taken straight from the Japanese tv station itself? Is this cheating or what? =XXXXX

I need help!! Does anyone know where I can get Umizaru evolution VCD? This drama series ended on 13 september in japan on fujitv. Is it out yet? Or do I still have to wait a long time? I'm really dying to watch it. VCD shops or rental shops all can as long as I can watch it. Please help!

I bought the movie version. Have not seen the drama version though. Maybe it will be out only some time later?

and frankly speaking .. we gotta depend on them to be able to buy the vcds ... hahaz ~~ (i really can't believe if i'm buying japanese original dvd like the way i buy vcds here ... i'll be broke ... Bonk )

Hahaha cause I always stayed up late when I was a kid, and Channel 8 had this Fuji Hour thing every monday from 10-11pm. I remember thinking 'this guy with long hair is pretty cool'.

And of course I'm watching more Takuya dramas! In fact, I have watched Love Generation, Beautiful Life, Hero, Good Luck, Pride and Engine which means practically all of his classics. And I finished all of them in 3 months! I amaze myself sometimes hahaha

YAY LONG VACATION! I know this drama has the most kickass soundtrack ever, and I really really liked the theme song! It's so sad I can't find the VCD now, I like forgot almost everything about it cause I watched it like 6 years ago! And cartoons weren't really my thing, but I liked Pikachu though haha!

I love the Takashi-Nanako pairing in GTO. They were one funny bunch. As for Love revolution, Fujiki-Makiko pairing made me melt. Takuya-Takako Matsu pairing made me feel alive. Ryoko Hirosue-Takenouchi Yutaka pairing was nice. These were the 4 pairs that really left an impact in my mind. And of course the recent Jun-Inoue pairing. haha!

What's yours then? Those that made you remember them for years?

The weirdest thing is that even Kinokuniya doesn't stock Jap DVDs! I went there and they had tons of Manga and everything but NO DVDs.

Firstly those original Japanese dramas do not have any subs at all and secondly one box set will be too expensive. If I am not wrong, it will cost $200SGD per drama.

Hi guys, i recently saw the DVD version of Engine, Last Christmas and Densha Otoko(drama version) at Poh Kim. Might be a small piece of good news for those who are looking for Jdorama DVDs but anyway i was thinking about buying the DVD of Densha Otoko(drama version) since i already got the vcds. Densha Otoko was simply great and i fell in love with Itoh Misaki ever since!!! hehe
