Guys... I wanna ask you a question... Do you think that what we're doing now is wrong... I mean... We're sharing songs and another clips of our idols but without we realize it, it's a piracy... I'm really confused now... What should I do? I've pirated my own fan idols stuff... How could I become their argent fan that support them every moment...
But... The problem is... I can't get any stuff of them here... That's why I need to download it from Internet but... Our idols might think it is a piracy... So sorry to all my idols... But... I have no choice... It's very difficult to get their stuff in my hometown... What should I do?! What do you think about this?

what really makes a breaks a case for piracy is
1) THe amount of money that the people suing you can prove that you are causing them to lose by distributing the file
2) The number of people who you distribute it to
yes, online file sharing is illegal, but then again, making a copy of your video at home for a friend or a dvd or a cd is illegal too. Difference is a few copies are insignificant compared to thousands and millions
For ya-ya-yah in this case
1) As an undebuted Johnny's junior group, they only have 1 cd, with one or two songs on it
2) Most of the mp3s passed around are sound recordings from tv shows like shounen club and ya-ya-yah
So unless someone can prove that you are causing Johnny's to lose a lot of money from the few songs from the cd, then no one's going to knock at your door
Or unless these TV shows are available where you live on cable or something, and they can prove that by passing these clips around, you are robbing them of profits from you and other ppl subscribing and paying for these channels, then u should be ok
You probably dont live in Japan. So chances of ppl coming to knock at your door are slimmer. Not impossible, but slim
As for Fan Guilt
1. If you feel soooo guilty, don't dl
2. If you still want to dl, then make an effort to buy their 'official goods'. Order online, ask ppl to help you get it or if you can't afford it, save up.
3. Since they are not a debuted group, with very few goods out, it could be argued that you are helping promote them by passing info on them around. Of course if they were an established group like SMAP or Kinki Kids, you would be looked at more harshly.

About the uploads^^ I Thinks there's no blame in share... This I think ^^ Because of here in Brazil i can't buy anything of thenn! *but magazines ~_~ this is the only thing i can buy and its around 5 times more expensive than in Japan and arrives 3 months late... Poor me hauahuahau^^* so... my only choice is... INTERNET ^^ huahauahuahua But i love Brazil and i think I cant live in anywhere but here S2 huahuahaua^^

Dont worry, even japanese ppl download japanese music from the internet, even though they could easily buy it. I download too much stuff too I dont really feel guilty cos there is lots of stuff you cant get anywhere else than internet... But I do try to support the bands I like (I just bought NewS's Teppen and Touch)

About the piracy thing... I don't want to hurt my idols by downloading all thier stuff, but I want to stay a fan and such... ><;; Internet piracy isn't a very easy issue to take a side on. I think it's more okay in this case, because Ya-Ya-yah hasn't debuted yet, and they only have one CD, but in cases like with other Johnny's that have debuted, you should support them by buying the products, too.
Also, if someone made illegal CDs or something out of thier idol's songs or preformances that haven't been officially released, and then sell them, I think that should stop, because then they're making a profit out of someone else's work. >< And that's not right!
But in response to HikaruHareru, I'd probably try to stop downloading all thier goods... ><; But the thing is, I can't get stuff like the variety show and such over here... so I'm torn on this, really. *dies*
