haha thanks lilmisfab i found it on page 49!! the links r still working!! awesome!!! thanks a million ^^
I like Nobuta alright... but I dont really like Maki at the sushi eating part (ep 00).... im sorry but my impression of her is a pretty plain, boring, and girly girl.... sorry every1 however i do like the part when she talks bout what she first felt when she met kame and yamapi
i never could hav imagined that yamapi is so quiet in real life... its like wow ... but i think hes really cool... i like him even more now
o ya one last thing i always prefer this forum than d-addicts... somehow it feels like a family in here and every1 is just so funny and friendly.... the forum is just lively

^^^ awww no problem with the link.. thanks go out to KKL for that.. welcome welcome to jdorama.com .. yup.. i also first was an active poster in d-addicts.. but people here are really really really nice (can't you tell by my number of posts?) there's a lot to talk about... and if you post enough and keep yourself in the loop, you'd find friends faster than you can say "KON"
oh yeah.. beware the jokester that is tu_triky.. he's the resident clown. *pokes triky-boo*
i really hope they could make a smiley that does the "kon-kon" hand gesture.. hehe that would be fun...

I've just watched ep 10, and I must confess this has been the best dorama of the season and definitely one of the best, if not the best, doramas I've seen so far, and I've seen many.
Click on button to reveal/hide spoiler:
The end has left me a bit ?????? like I didn't expect it to end like that at all (it's not the same end as in the novel). Well, you already could expect the "let's say bye to Shuuji" thing from the previous ep, but... Akira going with him? That was totally unexpected. I like very much the feelings and learnings you can find in this dorama. I feel a bit bad about Nobuko, who lost the two of them, but I see it this way:
Nobuta had achieved the stable state she was searching for, and so from now on she doesn't need Shuuji and Akira's support as much as before. It's more like it's Shuuji who needs someone that really cares about him beside him. I mean, you can guess he was going to develop a personality quite similar to that one he had in the beginning, when he was super popular, in his new school, because he said those things like "the new me will never fall", trying to act cool and create a new facade. But then, when he sees Akira (I also thought it was an illusion, something not so far from this dorama concept ^^U), his false self falls down and returns to what he really is: a guy not so perfect that can perfectly show his weaknesses in front of others. The beginning of his new life seemed the same as it was in the first ep till Akira appears. That means, Shuuji needs someone like Akira to be over him all the time to be himself? At least temporarily. Nobuta, who understands Shuuji well, might already knew the kind of reaction he was going to develop, and so she wanted to send Akira to him. Whose was, at last, the idea of producing Nobuta?...

o ya ive always been wonderin what kon kon means? or is it just a hand gesture invented by akira? it looks so funny tho
btw how did the story end in the novel?
Johnny Ent. seems really big in Japan... but I asked one of my japanese friend who came here 3 years ago, and she didnt know anything about Johnny Jimusho... hmm
besides between kame and yamapi who is more famous... or like has more fans, etc.?
i just realized that shuji's bro in NwP is also a junior at Johnny... wah hes so kawaii... and while watchin the videp clip of Seishun Amigo, he took all of my attention... hmm wonder how he ll look like when he grows up

your friend doesn't know not even Kimura Takuya?????

pi has been in the industry since he was 9, kame is relatively new to JE compared to pi.. on the popularity.. there's a question there..

Ahh!1 I just finished watching episode 10!! Wow, what a finale!!

I so didn't expect akira to go with shuji that was just so ... completely random!! It was so sad to see nobuta at the end, i felt really bad for her but she had a real smile on her face! That was adorable Shuji's reaction to akira's arrival was ultra funny It was great that shuji and mariko did that beach thing, so sweet!! But you know that photo thing in akiras pot of smelly dirt? How come shuji didnt mention it to akira again and just left it? Nobuta has ended! I really liked the ending where akira and shuji were playing at the beach, that was so sweet I want to see their life at the new school though, maybe there'll be a nobuta 2?

at least the ending was surprising! i prefer something uncoventional...as far as a sequel...i think it would be difficult because the show is a journey of self-realization for all the characters and after coming to know themselves as individuals, the struggle of that discovery would be missing in any follow-up show.
great show though...very fun to watch, and heartwarming at times.

hmmm.. Engine can be found at the d-addicts site if not there try j-tv and look at the left side of the homepage and scroll down till you find it.. That kid was just good in that series.
there's alot of good dramas out there... it really depends on what you like.. i can give you recommendations.. but there's a general forum for that..
