Finished the whole thing late last night. It was not the slapstick I thought it would be, and was pleasantly surprised. Ito Misaki was great - a must for her fans. Personally I thought Shaku Yumiko's character (Kitamura Saori) had more depth.

Was Yui Ichikawa really in Kiken na Ankei......because if she was.....wouldn't se play as Ai chan???? but Ai chan doesn't look anything like Yui

I don't think Ichikawa was in the drama - the official site of the drama does not have her on the cast list. Tamura Ai was played by another girl but I can only see her kanji name on the cast list. No information available on Jdorama.com.

did you read her kanji characters, is that how you thought she was in that drama?

In the last episode, that resturant Bongiorno guy that likes Koharu (I forgot his name) said towards the end of the episode that he sold his resturant because he wanted to teach in season 2 of Kiken na Aneki. Now, I dont want to get my hopes up, but, does this mean that there might be a season 2 of Kiken na Aneki??? Since the show finished airing a few weeks ago, it may be too soon to look for written proof on forums and such. However, if that resturant guy said he wanted to teach in season 2 of Kiken na Aneki, can there be hope for a second season???

Okay so I finished watching the show. The ending was pretty anti-climactic, but the show is good, overall. Thumbs up!

I was kinda irked that when Ai came back for the Minagawa revival party, there wasn't an exchange between Yutaro and Ai. They could've ended their storyline at the bus because she said "I'll be back", so that means they could have a possible future relationship. But when she came back, they didn't show Yutaro and Ai talk to each other, which made it feel unresolved. I was hoping for them to say hi to each other at least... I think a good way to end the subplot would be when Ai came back, Yutaro says hi very shyly, since they haven't seen each other in a while (I think). Ai doesn't say anything in return, instead she just runs up to him with that million-dollar smile of hers and hugs him, and Yutaro lets down his guard, smiles, and hugs back.

Awww... Haha.

i gotta say this show wasnt too good...it's a shame cuz Itoh Misaki was really charming in this role, especially in comparison to the boring Hermes from Densha Otoko...

Moriyama's character was really unpleasant and inconsistent...he'd be really nice to his sempai and his love interest, and then unexpectedly cruel to his sister...of course it's natural to put on a different face to your family vs outsiders, but in this case it was more like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde

also Hiroaka's character (the rich young doctor) wasn't very well developed so i dont think you care what happens with him and Shaku Yumiko too much either...

the supporting characters were amusing...so maybe a sequel could be based more on them....(the temp agency, the loan sharks, or the club workers)...but if there is a next time hopefully they will write a decent part for one of the male leads

so i give it a six for misaki and yumiko
