Definately has the humor that the Drama has...and reading it almost feels like you're watching the drama. At least for my case Mr Green

So I'm finally about to start on this show. I saw the first 20 or so episodes of the anime and I LOVE it. I told my bro that he should watch the anime first before we start on the drama so he's watching that downstairs right now. Woot.

Hell yeah! w00t!

It is now one of my favorite movies, and it's one of the best Japanese movies of 2004. The girls all actually play their own instruments in the movie, and the kicker is that before they filmed they didn't even know how to play! The girl in my sig is the bassist and although she doesn't have many lines, she is a fox. If you're interested in Swing Girls you should also see Waterboys. It's made by the same guy who did Swing Girls. It's basically the same premise except substitute the girls with guys and substitute the jazz band for a synchronized swimming team rofl

. And of course, they made a dorama out of Waterboys. But anyway there's a dvd-rip of the movie somewhere that you can find w/ english subs.

Now to make this post on-topic, how many volumes is the HYD manga? I might just check that out.

I checked out the first episode. It seems like the live-action is more exaggerated than the anime is, haha. Rui doesn't play the violin though... That aside, I'm excited to see the rest!

hahaha oh yea ur right... he doesnt... the live action is really funny!! cuts out a lot of stuff but that keeps it from dragging... tho for me, its too rushed.. i wouldve liked to see more dom and makino action... hahaha... enjoy the show!! w00t!

sawadasmile... i know that i probably shouldn't ask this here cuz it has nothing to do with hyd (kinda)... but what are the drama's on your sig? lol, i know that the first one is makino and domyoji <3... but what are the others? they make me curious!

no problem... ^_^ the middle one is kame & yamapi as shuji and akira respetively in NOBUTA WO PRODUCE (u have have have have to watch this drama, its absolutely amazing!!!... which explains why it won so many awards hehe)... the one on the right is from ichi ritoru no namida (1 litre of tears) starring erika sawajiri... really sad and emotional drama about a girl who has spinocerebellar degeneration, a disease that targets the nerves in the body... and the guy is ryo <333 hehehe... they develop a very... different kind of relationship, a friendship that is... really beautiful. Smile

i recommend them both!! they also just aired this past season while HYD was airing =D

Konnichi wa Guys! I spent the whole of last week (after college) re-reading HYD manga. ~hehe~ I wish now that they had put somemore scenes into the drama. Oh, & can anyone upload WISH mp3?
