man this is hella annoying
btw inside this folder there are another 3 folders: 1.bin, Cache, and history
there is one file inside 1.bin folder:
UNINSTALL SETUP INFO; myBar uninstall inf
; Copyright (c) 2002, 2003 My Way
[version]
Signature="$Chicago$"
AdvancedINF=2.0
[Uninstall]
DelReg=myBar.Del.Reg,DelUninstallKey
[DelUninstallKey]
HKLM, "SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\My Way Speedbar Uninstall"
Alternative suggestion: buy a new hard drive and make it the master and make your current drive the slave... That way, you can make a fresh OS install and not lose any of your old stuff. Then slowly migrate the stuff from your old drive to the new one... Does that sound any better?

have u tried adaware? never had problems with spyware since i installed it.
anyway, if nothing else solves the problem and you have to reformat ur drive, u may want to make several partitions. One for the system/applications, and the others for data.
For me, I have a system partition (contains windows and all application software), and several others for anime, shared folders, etc. The advantage of this is that in case u need to reformat, you dont have to erase your data. Also, if you have a mirorring software, use it after reformat and app installs. Its pretty handy when your PC goes haywire.
I have a mirror of my system partition so if something goes wrong, I'll just restore it. No need to fiddle with reinstallation of windows (takes a long time) and all your other apps. _________________

I more prefer to rename it ... before delete it make sure that you are under correct folder / directory ...and after that ...pls restart again yr machine ... by press Ctrl - Alt - Del button ...

can i just copy and paste that???
you have to cut and paste not to copy ... or rename it ... the main purpose of rename it is almost the same as delete it ... but more secure ... just in case you still need it that file you can restored it
