I highly recommend 1 Litres of Tears too.

Ermm guys, do your know if there is somewhere like the defunct Vision Anime that do Rental of Japanese Dorama in Singapore? There is one at Hougang Mall's Basement, but their core business still Hong Kong TVB dramas. Anywhere else?

Honto? But I don't recall any VCD store in the basement of Hougang Mall... maybe I should check it out one of these days. Hardly been there although I stay quite close to it. lol

And school is wearing me out. From Serangoon to Clementi every morning... Shameful Cry

I agree! I've not watched one litres of tear though, but nobuta wo produce and hana yori dango are recommended. Densha Otoko too. I didn't know that they sold recent series in VCD stores!

From the recommendations, I bought Densha Otoko, half way through it. The story quite interesting. Anyone know the name to the theme song?

rei28, try TS. Their edition should come without the Malay subtitles, but the packaging wont be as nice.

yes ichi rittoru's a great show! so moving...my eyes got misty at so many scenes Shameful Cry it spurred me to buy ganbatte, also starring ryo. i think poh kim not stocking ganbatte anymore?...i just bought it(and it was the only copy there) at TS northpoint. but i must admit i'm still a jdrama newbie. ichi was the show that got me hooked. before that i sort of noticed jdrama on tv sometimes, and thought it was nice, but never really got into the craze.

Hi, just wish to ask if anyone know if there is any vcd shops that sells Japanese DVDs with Chinese subtitles? And if so what is the price? Ifm looking for Kimi wa Petto vcds or dvd. Hopefully it is not too expensive.
Thanks for you help. Bow

And a Happy Chinese New Year to all.
