Hey, I watched summer snow after dling it through bittorrent on jtv, and I was wondering where you downloaded the soundtrack to the drama? I really liked the music and was looking for the mp3s, but couldn't find any.

I'll hook you up with the song. Summer Snow-theme song is sung by a Norwegian singer Sissel and a panflute scene is played by a renowned fluitis Gheorge Zamfir Smile
I think I've written about this earlier in a previous Summer Snow-thread.

- Excuse me Seiji, I need to know Yukari's height, weight, and heart size.
- (tells him her stats)
- Thanks. She has a nice body doesn't she?
- Yes, I know.

That's from ep7, about 26mins into the episode where the 2 doctors chatted. That sounded kinda strange to me. Yukari is the little girl having the surgery right? Crazy

I don't understand what was a bad translation? The English subtitles? Because that can't be the case because that entire conversation between Seiji and the other doctor was spoken in English and that was what was said exactly.....

I'm sure this scene was not meant to contain some paedophilic stuff. I think Seiji-san intended to say that Yukari-chan no body is healthy although her heart has to be transplanted.

No, this is after that. Yuki and Natsuo are voluntering in the hospital when Seiji gives Yuki a call from the US hospital where the operation takes place. Then, in the middle of the conversation, in English, a doctor asks Seiji for the little girl's stats and the conversation in question takes place, the doctor leaves, Seiji talks with Yuki a little more and the scene ends.

i've re-seen the last episode and somehow this part confused me
I'm talking about is this :

this is seen somewhere round 24:55 min out of a total of 45:54
(different coding versions may vary)

I was wondering how chika-chan was talking to Natsuo if he had passed away...its kinda odd

perhaps she's toking to her other brother and they only had the camera like that so it seemed that dohmoto was being included. and he only responded because it makes it seem like he was still alive and doing wat he would've been doing if he was. that's just my thought but it does look like they understood eachother when they spoke to eachother.

She's not talking to Natsuo the person. If you recall, that's where they keep the spirit tablets for the deceased. Usually you serve a bowl of rice to make some sort of offering to the deceased and stick a pair of chopsticks in them. This is why you're not supposed to stick chopsticks into a bowl when you're eating normally.

That particular scene is basically to make it seem like Natsuo is still alive so for all those who guessed after the very first episode that he was gonna give his heart to Yuuki would be thrown off track.

yeah i believe that's right.. i didn't guess so that's why I was thrown off track at the end.. domoto was supposed to be a spirit in the house..

if you rewatch the end ep, you'll see that it acts a bit like sixth sense in that natsuo never answers back to anyone who talks to him (except yuki). in all other scenes, he sits in the background and they make it seem like hes really there, but all people who seem like they are talking to him arent.
