the movie itself does not have the subtitle hard-coded in it. you have to download the sub file, unrar it and put in the same folder as the avi. then install Vobsub (use google search) and you can use most players to view the subtitle. btw, if the avi filename is Love_letter.avi, the sub file must be Love_letter.srt etc.

The good old Kloofy's! http://subs.2ya.com/. They provide the subtitle files for the asian movies!

Hotelier is one my favourite kdrama. Again though my version is a bit engrish like the Autumn Tale one.
