If you are talking about files that other people uploaded and send you a link, just click on the link and your should be directed to the Sendspace download page for that file.

Yeah that's what i do, but when I click on the link above it directs me to sendspace. and here's what's on the window:

A file is waiting to be downloaded:

Name: 1 Litre no Namida OST.rar
Size: 168MB
Description: 1 Litre no Namida OST

then i'm stuck there. no links or anything. how do i go on from there? (sounds like a drama Ü)

I think you can just click on the file name.
