"This is without question the weirdest premise for a drama that I have ever seen. I wasn't at all sure what to expect, but I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it truly is. It's not just good, it's astonishingly good. It's amazing how this show can be frighteningly creepy one minute, then hilariously funny the next – and then painfully, heart-wrenchingly sad, without any warning. It's unpredictable and surreal and enthralling.

To anyone who's browsing these comments and trying to decide whether it's worth watching: YES, it is. If you're willing to suspend your disbelief just enough to accept the premise, you'll be happily rewarded."

yeah, watching this one now....
definitely exciting, and mysterious...freaky one moment, hilarious the next, but overall good j-drama. Yes! Thumbsup

Honestly, there is no drama out there quite like it Sweat

If you want student loving teacher, there are some of those.

*Kou Kou Kyoushi 2003 is one that comes to mind.

I don't know any other brother loving sister ones w00t! w00t!

Other school dramas that might bring some entertainment to your life though

Hana Yori Dango
Waterboys
Stand Up
GTO
Gokusen
and Kinpachi Sensei *Any season you can find should be excellent. I've only seen season 6 though, and it was fantastic. Still my favorite school drama*

i won't assault anybody's senses by recounting my thoughts about the infamous SOS....no need to destroy the love of somebody's life on a Saturday night.

rofl rofl

in that case, i will make an anti-recommendation on gachi baka! - COMPLETE rip-off of Gokusen/GTO plots - and i'm not joking in the least - there is absolutely no need to spend time watching this one...

what's wrong with Gachi-baka, ok..so it wasn't a remake of the Classic of GTO, but it wasn't that bad....the ratings suck for it though, but who cares...

besides it had some good acting....Tomoka Kurokawa is such a good actress.... Yes!

it wasnt horrendous or anything but it pretty much leeched of Gokusen/GTO storylines for every single ep and i didnt feel too much chemistry between most of the cast members (there was some between several characters but it didn't really gel together). the reason for not recommending it is more cuz of the re-hashing of the same stories by a different set of characters - with the acting relatively weaker than GTO/Gokusen - hence no real need to watch it
