That's Ryoko-chan Naughty

It is a photo used in one of the Meguri Tea posters. This one can only be seen at a few railway stations in Japan. This photo can also be seen at the website for the drink. But it is embedded somewhere deep in the shockwave app and I'm too lazy to post a how-to...
