I just finished 3 eps of Kurosagi. Definately feels like watching Robin Hood, except with multiple "bad guys" involved Not bad, but definately wanted to something more out of Horikita Maki. Her role feels so small and same with Ichikawa Yui _________________
I'm watching Seija no Koushin again. I watched it around 4 times, but I'm watching it again. I don't know why, but I really love this drama, although it's really sad and dark. _________________

You are watching it for the 5th time?! I just watched it once and I don't think I will watch it again unless I find a good reason to do so. It has a good story, but I just can't take the violence in this drama _________________

the female characters are poorly constructed....me thinks..they are emotionally undeveloped in the sense that the sentimentality of the characters evolves too rapidly and it is not very believable
i'm with you it's not horrible but i thought it was going to be better after all the "pre-game hype"

Yea. I'm actually getting a bit annoyed with Maki's character already.
Yui's character seems easier to like. But yea....they seem too....plain. There needs to be something more to their personality or something.
I also think Yamapi's character isn't much different from this in Nobuta. He still got that one word he must say. Instead of Kon Kon or whatever...now he says "Bang" Little childish or whacky. 21 yrs of age for a pro swindler....hard to imagine. Also he looks overly serious when encountering the "bad guy" anyone in the bad guy situation can sense something up _________________

as you progress into the show more you will see that the emotional profile of the female characters becomes even more unrealistic.
that bang thing is lame and played out already..it's not even cool or funny...the next time kurosagi takes a shiet he should say "bang"

I'm going to start on "Last Christmas" - first time I see Yada Akiko in action.
My friend...you will definately LOVE this one.
I suggest not watching her in Top Caster after this. You'll be greatly disappointed. Though if you become a fan, might as well watch her in Top Caster since its her most recent work. _________________

I'll keep that in mind.
Are you still watching the drama just because you started it???
Sooo true. At least he isn't running around flapping his arms as if they were wings.
"Bang" If his acting career starts to revolve around him saying these lame words....saaaad. Even his fan girls will start to get bored of them.
He can act....just his character needs to be different from his previous one so we can see him work at something new _________________

yes to some extent...i'm watching to see the end of it but i'm not thrilled or anything...i can tell you for sure i would probably never see this one again...
i agree i think yui, maki and yamapi can all act fairly well but their characters in this doramas are not so engaging...like you don't really give two sits what happens to the m sometimes...emotional detachment from the audience is never a good sign...
they spend waaay tooo much time with this sagi vs sagi crap and they aren't developing the characters very much.
at the end of the episode i really don't even care about the sagi vs sagi battles...plus they are way too formulaic
like you said for a 20 or 21 years onld they make the swindling seem way to simplex...

he also has "Wow" and "Oh my god" lol
Kurosagi has some good parts, but a lot of boring episodes that make me wanna skip to the scene with Maki. im just glad that its almost over and i can move it off my pc

yea....he did say wow a lot. I thought...."you could even throw me in his place and I could've done just a good a job of saying wow...and probably made it funny too" Though....i'm not as good looking as Yamapi....
Maki certainly looks cute....but for some reason....i think Yui looks cuter. I honestly don't know why. I mean in H2 i thought Satomi was a lot cuter then Yui. Don't get me wrong, Maki is growing up just fine and becoming a beautiful woman
Attention Please ep 10. WOW!!!!!!! certainly one of the best eps so far. At times I felt like I was watching a bit of Good Luck again. Kaela Kimura....she pretty good looking
I'm sure you're very excited about ep 11 _________________

Medaka
Okay, this one's gonna be frustrating.
I started downloading "Medaka" last week because... well, because there didn't seem to be anything interesting floating around at D-
Addicts. Just a lull, you know?
Anyway, my hopes weren't high because it's another High School Drama, and it stars Mimura.
Naturally, it turns out to be the most interesting drama I've seen in a couple of months. "Naturally" because the subber is warning that it's gonna take months to get the whole thing soft subbed. And of course... almost noone is seeding the episodes. (I've been trying to download #3 for 3 days now.)
BUT---
Mimura, who was (IMO) something of a bore in "Beginners" "Fire Boys" and "Divorce Lawyer 2" seems to have loosened up in this one. It's like I'm watching her and saying, "Ah! That's why they kept casting her in shows."
And the cast is more interesting than the cookie cutter High School Dramas that have been going around. This one is set in a Night School, and the students are mostly adults who weren't able to finish school, or kids who aren't able to go to school during the day.
The cast mix seems to give the writers a bit more to do. And as I said, Mimura actually seems to be alive in this one.
After only 2 episodes I can't say if it's great or not, but I do know that I really do want to see more. _________________

lately i was sooo bored got nothing to watch then i found this HG vid clips...
i've been watching razor ramon/HARD GAY's subtitled shows...i dunno why it got me hooked on this one, i keep watching it in every episodes he's in
this gayguy is funny and somewhat an idiot and disgusting especially when he do the moves on his hips
i dunno if it's true i heard his dating anne suzuki, if his gay why? it shld be a guy not gurl or he is not really a gay? he's a wrestler right? _________________
I finished Beautiful Life last night, and I must say it was an excellent drama. Wonderful story and good performance by the cast, really a classic. I'm giving it a perfect score 10/10 _________________

In defense of the "bang" probably was written in by the producers so Yamapi may not even have a saying in this. Also "bang" kind of fits into the scheme of things since Kurosagi doesn't have a real gun so he has to make a fake gun out of his fingers and go "bang" for fx to emphasize he's out to get the red & black swindlers.
Now as for Kon Kon kind of unnecessary but guess since he's supposed to be drunk from drinking soy milk not too surprise if he says crazy things.
just finished watching LQ 10 and AP 7 - LQ was ok but it is starting to feel like its dragging on a bit now. as for AP 7 - this is my fav ep so far - granted it is more serious but i very much liked how this episode went _________________
